Each original piece of art Inkwell sells comes with a 100% guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 10 days. Additionally, a beautiful Provenance is provided documenting its rich history and further confirming its authenticity.

Return Policy

At Inkwell, the customer is our number one priority and we are 100% committed to your satisfaction. Our goal is to help you select the right piece of art for you and/or your customers. If you received a piece that doesn’t work for you or your customers and wish to return it, our policy and procedures are as follows:

Condition of Sale: Buyer is purchasing title to the original artwork only. Reproduction of the work is specifically prohibited unless a license for it is obtained in writing from the creating artist.

Any piece of art purchased from Inkwell may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, as long as the art is returned within 14 days of receiving the art. The art must be returned in its original packaging or similar packaging so as to ensure the piece is not damaged.

To return an item, please call us at 310.472.9890 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions. You may also email us at customerservice@inkwellarthouse.com. Include your order number, name, and the item number for the item you are returning. We will then contact you with a RMA number and shipping instructions for your return. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN A PACKAGE WITHOUT AN RMA number. To receive full credit, items must be shipped within five days from the day the RMA number and shipping information were provided.

Once the item is received we will credit the card or account used for the purchase.

If a piece is damaged during shipping, please call us immediately at 310.472.9890 or email us at support@inkwellarthouse.com. We will arrange for the item to be picked up, and you will be credited for both the purchase and shipping costs.
